Owner's Bios
David Pfosi
Leveraging his Marine Corp background, professional corporate experiences, world travels, and life long construction experience to help customers transform their residential or commercial spaces brings him a significant competitive advantage over most other General Contractors.
Dave has been in the construction industry for many decades, starting with working along side Papa Pfosi on weekends and during summers breaks in 6th grade. This afforded him the opportunity to work with nearly all the trades in the construction industry and gain valuable comprehensive skills in the construction industry. After serving in the Marine Corps, Dave continued developing his construction skills on his own residences, investment properties and spec houses along with assisting others with their projects.
Since moving to Michigan, Dave formalized his construction passion and opened IRGC. IRGC prides itself on providing superior service, communications and professionalism to all customers and potential clients.
Kristie Pfosi
Kristie possesses a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree from Kettering University and has a diverse background working for the US Government, suppliers and OEM’s in the Detroit automotive industry.
Her background in the US Government assisted in sharpening her design skills which are leveraged extensively through IRGC and include exceptional spacial awareness, ability to integrate customer’s design styles and vision, create 3D renderings (Similar to HGTV) to assist customers envisioning the new space.
